A big thank you to the forty or so association representatives who joined us from all over the UK (including London, Cambridge, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, Bristol, Milton Keynes) to attend our Workshop on ‘Post-Brexit immigration: what impact on my association?’ This workshop was a good opportunity to discuss the many challenges that French and French speaking associations in the UK face as a result of the new immigration rules.
Many thanks to Nilmini Roelens and Hélène Bérard for running the Workshop and for offering their specialist Solicitors’ insights into these difficult issues.
We would also like to thank Consul General Guillaume Bazard for his presence, and more generally for all the work he and his teams have done for the French community. Finally, I would like to thank the consular representatives who were able to be with us.
